What to include
- Pricing or calorie corrections — please link to the official chain page or include a photo of the in-store menu / receipt so we can verify before updating.
- Missing chains — tell us the chain name, approximate US footprint, and a link to the official menu.
- Discontinued items — let us know which item, at which chain, and approximately when it left the menu.
- Press — we are happy to share methodology, anonymized traffic data, and quotes for journalists working on quick-service-restaurant stories.
Response time
We aim to respond within two business days. Updates to the live directory roll out in batches roughly every two weeks; if you've sent a verified correction, expect to see it reflected at the next batch.
Trademark and takedown notices
If you represent a brand and would like content removed, please email us with the URL, the trademark reference, and a brief description of your concern. We respond to legitimate takedown requests within five business days.
